Willow Tree Barn is 18 miles from Bath. A quality, contemporary space, in a beautiful rural setting. The open plan living area is bright & spacious. There are views of the surrounding farm land & the Old Mill. We invite you to relax on the sofas & watch the clouds roll by through the skylight which extends the full length of the roof. If you are feeling romantic you might like to design your own lighting from our adjustable full colour spectrum mood lighting. Bedrooms are situated on the groundfloor. At the back of the property there is a gravelled parking area & garden with herb and flowerbeds, decking & wooden furniture.

We believe you go on holiday to improve your standard of living, not decrease it. This belief has focused our design decisions when building and furnishing Willow Tree Barn.The property has 2 double bedrooms one of which has en-suite fully tiled wet room with shower. The single bedroom has bunkbeds. The main wet room with shower is opposite the second double bedroom. The living room & two double bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is a radio, CD & DVD players, in the living area.

We care deeply about the impact the Barn and our business has on the natural environment and wish to tread lightly. We are focused on energy saving without compromising comfort. The property transforms the elements of water & sun to heat the house passively. Water sourced under floor heating heats the ceramic tiles throughout the property. A solar panel provides hot water during the summer months.

To welcome you we provide a bottle of wine, a homemade cake & tea and coffee facilities. Please ask us to provide you with a price list for some of our extras, including our locally sourced breakfast basket, our locally farmed produce, home made meals & our art workshops. As a really special extra we''ll even put a meal in the oven for you, so that it is piping hot & ready to eat on your arrival.

We take £150 deposit on arrival against damage or breakages.
